Our Team.
We know what it’s like to feel disconnected from yourself—showing up for everyone else while quietly running on empty. We’ve walked alongside burnout, grief, and the exhaustion of caregiving. We also know what it’s like when anxiety takes over, when depression dulls everything, or when panic hits out of nowhere and your body feels unsafe in its own skin. Those seasons have taught us that healing doesn’t happen all at once—it happens in small, steady steps.
Every Girl Living was born out of that understanding.
It’s for women who are holding it together on the outside, but wondering if there’s more to life than just getting through the day. It’s for those ready to feel grounded, connected, and whole through real, whole-person wellness.
