Types of Services: User Services vs. Client Services

The Living Well Collective Co. provides a range of offerings designed to support education, wellness, and personal development. These offerings include both User Services and Client Services, and it is important to understand the distinction between the two.

User Services refer to general use of the website and platform, including creating an account, subscribing to emails, participating in courses, workshops, events, and engaging in community or group spaces. These services are educational, informational, and community-based in nature. Participation in User Services does not establish a therapeutic or clinical relationship and does not constitute psychotherapy, coaching, or medical care.

Client Services include psychotherapy (counseling), coaching, yoga and movement-based sessions, and structured memberships or service packages such as Renovation and Metamorphosis. These services may involve individualized care and require a formal intake process, agreement to services, and active participation in scheduled sessions or programs. A therapeutic or service relationship is only established through this formal process.

No Therapeutic Relationship Through User Services

Participation in User Services alone does not create a therapist-client relationship, does not establish individualized care, and does not substitute for professional mental health or medical treatment. If you are seeking clinical support, you must engage in Client Services through the appropriate intake process.

User Responsibility

By using the Services, you agree to engage respectfully and responsibly. You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes or to engage in behavior that is harmful, abusive, or disruptive to others. You are responsible for the content you share and the manner in which you participate.

Community and Group Participation

Participation in community spaces, group experiences, or discussions is voluntary. These environments may involve interaction with other users who may share personal information. While we aim to create a supportive and respectful environment, we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of information shared in community or group settings. You are responsible for what you choose to disclose and how you engage with others.

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, or suspend or terminate participation at our discretion if behavior is inconsistent with these Terms or the integrity of the community.

Payments, Purchases, and Refund Policy

All purchases made through The Living Well Collective Co. are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

events
courses and programs
memberships and service packages (including Renovation, Metamorphosis, and similar offerings)
merchandise (including apparel such as Every Girl Yoga tanks and related items)

All sales are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Merchandise

We may offer physical products, including apparel and other branded merchandise. All merchandise purchases are final and non-refundable.

We are not responsible for issues related to:

sizing preferences
normal wear and tear
shipping delays or carrier-related issues once items have been shipped
