Cancellation Policy
Membership Booking, Cancellation & Session Usage Policy This policy applies to all membership plans offered by Every Girl Living, a service of The Living Well Collective Co. Scheduling & Booking All membership sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or coordinated with your Client Liaison. Sessions are subject to provider availability. A paid invoice is required prior to all sessions. Sessions may be rescheduled if payment has not been received. Membership benefits and sessions are non-transferable. Cancellation & Rescheduling (Membership Flexibility) We understand that life happens. As part of our membership model, clients are offered additional flexibility while still respecting provider time and access for others. Members are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Each membership includes one courtesy “oops” per membership period: If you forget or miss a session, that session will not be lost. The missed session must be rescheduled and completed within the same month. After the courtesy “oops” has been used: Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of that session. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be considered completed sessions and are not eligible for credit or rescheduling. Late Arrivals Sessions begin and end at their scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not qualify for extended time or rescheduling. Session Usage & Rollover Membership sessions are intended to be used within the month they are assigned. Unused sessions may roll over into the following month only. Sessions must be used within a two-month window (the original month plus the following month). Any sessions not used by the end of the second month are forfeited and do not carry forward. Provider Availability While we strive for continuity of care, provider availability may occasionally change due to illness, scheduling adjustments, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Every Girl Living will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or coordinate care with another qualified provider when appropriate. Communication & Support Non-urgent questions related to scheduling, sessions, or membership benefits should be directed to your Client Liaison. Membership services do not include access to emergency or crisis care. In case of emergency, please contact 911 or your local emergency
